Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commis II Chef to join a reputed catering project in Qatar. The candidate will assist in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation and cooking.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen requirements.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion standards.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment.
• Properly store and handle food items.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain organized work areas.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Commis II or similar role.
• GCC experience required.
• Culinary Diploma preferred.
• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene certification/knowledge.
• Ability to work as part of a multicultural kitchen team.
