Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for leading commercial construction projects of varying size and complexity. The position oversees project safety, LEAN planning and scheduling, cost and quality control, and coordination of subcontractors and craft workers while managing relationships with owners, designers, vendors, and other project stakeholders. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are effectively controlled and executed while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive project safety programs and requirements.
- Lead LEAN planning and project scheduling activities.
- Manage relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate subcontractors and craft workers throughout project execution.
- Establish and manage project budgets and cost controls.
- Implement established quality management processes.
- Administer subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Establish project-specific controls and monitor and report project performance.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service throughout project delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Additional Desired Characteristics
