Corporate Associate Attorney-Boutique
Small boutique tax and T&E firm with a sophisticated practice looking for a corporate associate, 4 plus years with solid “hands on” experience. Not looking for someone with a big firm background, preference for someone out of a small or mid-sized firm. General corporate transactional work, contracts, acquisitions.
