Onsite 5 days a week in Chandler

Pay Rate: $20-22 hourly

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Must haves:

• 1+ years of contact center, customer support, or help desk experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot basic user and payment-related issues
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting banking, payments, financial services
• ACH, wire payments, or payment processing knowledge
• Exposure to online banking platforms
• Experience with Genesys
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
