Job Overview

An opportunity is available for an experienced Digital Communications Manager or Senior Communications Coordinator to lead digital customer communications, content governance, platform enhancements, and customer engagement initiatives within the banking and financial services sector in the UAE.

The role involves managing communications across mobile applications, websites, email, SMS, and push notifications. The successful candidate will oversee content management systems, publishing processes, governance, and release management while ensuring consistent digital customer journeys across multiple channels.

The position also requires experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, defect resolution, conversational AI, chatbots, and knowledge management platforms. Candidates should be comfortable working with Product, Technology, CRM, UX, Marketing, and Compliance teams to improve digital automation, platform performance, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage digital customer communications across mobile applications, websites, email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Oversee content management systems, content publishing, governance, and release management.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, defect resolution, and customer journey validation.
• Administer and optimize chatbots, conversational AI, and knowledge management platforms.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, CRM, UX, Marketing, and Compliance teams.
• Drive digital automation and platform optimization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital customer engagement and user experience.
• Support the quality and consistency of customer communications across digital channels.
• Coordinate platform enhancements and validate changes before release.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Digital Communications, Digital Banking, CRM, or Customer Engagement.
• Strong expertise in Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Drupal, or similar content management systems.
• Proven experience with UAT, release management, and digital customer journeys.
• Hands-on exposure to conversational AI, chatbots, and knowledge bases.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience using JIRA for project coordination and tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience in banking, financial services, or FinTech is preferred.
