Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Employee Welfare & Engagement Manager to support our large, multicultural blue-collar workforce across labour camps in the UAE. This position is focused specifically on employee welfare and engagement and does not include responsibility for camp facilities.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct regular camp visits and engage directly with employees
- Develop and implement employee welfare, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives
- Organize sports, cultural, social, recreational, and CSR activities
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee welfare concerns
- Work closely with HR and Operations to improve employee morale, engagement, and retention
- Develop employee recognition and long-service initiatives
- Monitor welfare trends and recommend improvements to management
Requirements - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Employee Welfare, Engagement, or Employee Relations.
- Strong experience working with large blue-collar and multicultural workforces in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in several languages relevant to the UAE labour market is highly preferred.
- Willing to regularly visit labour camps across the UAE.
