About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Account Manager – Enterprise Technology & Infrastructure to develop enterprise accounts, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth across the UAE. This role requires a professional with hands-on experience selling enterprise IT infrastructure and technology solutions, a strong understanding of the UAE technology market, and the ability to engage with senior IT decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Account Development

• - Develop and manage relationships with enterprise, government, and large corporate customers across the UAE.
• - Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop new strategic customer relationships.
• - Build and execute account development plans to increase revenue and expand market presence.
• - Engage with CIOs, IT Directors, Infrastructure Managers, Procurement Directors, and other key decision-makers.
• - Understand customer business and technical challenges and identify opportunities for relevant technology solutions.

Technology Solution Selling

• - Promote and sell enterprise IT infrastructure and technology solutions based on customer requirements.
• - Understand customer environments and position suitable solutions in collaboration with technical and presales teams.
• - Identify opportunities involving infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms.
• - Present technology solutions through customer meetings, business discussions, and commercial proposals.
• - Coordinate with technical teams to develop solution proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs and tenders.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

• - Generate and qualify enterprise sales opportunities.
• - Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification and discovery to commercial negotiation and deal closure.
• - Develop relationships with technology vendors, distributors, and system integration partners.
• - Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and regular opportunity updates.
• - Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Experience & Technical Background

• - Minimum 2 years of direct B2B technology sales experience in the UAE.
• - Proven experience selling enterprise IT infrastructure, software, or technology solutions to corporate or government customers.
• - Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and infrastructure solutions.
• - Experience in one or more of the following technology areas:
• - Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Data Center Solutions
• - Cloud and Hybrid Cloud Solutions
• - Virtualization and Server Infrastructure
• - Linux and Open-Source Technologies
• - Networking and Cybersecurity
• - Containers, Kubernetes, and DevOps Solutions
• - Middleware, APIs, and Enterprise Integration
• - Backup, Storage, and Disaster Recovery
• - Experience working for a technology vendor, IT distributor, or system integrator is highly preferred.
• - Existing relationships with enterprise customers and IT decision-makers in the UAE are an advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies

• - Strong enterprise business development and account management capabilities.
• - Technical solution-selling and consultative sales skills.
• - Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into commercial opportunities.
• - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• - Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and commercial agreements.
• - Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• - Sales pipeline management, forecasting, and target achievement.
• - Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and commercial teams.

What We Are Looking For

We are specifically interested in candidates who have personally sold enterprise technology and IT infrastructure solutions and can demonstrate their contribution to business development and revenue generation.

The ideal candidate understands the enterprise technology ecosystem, knows how to develop customer relationships in the UAE, and can confidently position technical solutions to business and IT stakeholders.
