We are expanding our NYC team and looking for ambitious, sales-minded professionals to join us as Recruitment Analysts.

The Opportunity

You’ll join an established specialist sales desk within one of our core markets. Prior to joining, we will align you with a specific market based on your sales strengths and interests. You’ll kick off your journey with our 12-week Accelerator program , designed to translate your sales skills into elite recruitment practices before transitioning full-time into your market with active coaching.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a full-desk, phone-first sales role focused on driving revenue, outbound outreach, and relationship building.

You will:

• Outbound Prospecting: Headhunt top-tier talent and pitch new opportunities over the phone and LinkedIn.
• 🤝 Business Development: Identify, pitch, and build long-term relationships with corporate clients to land new accounts.
• Deal Management: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from qualifying client requirements to closing candidates.
• Consultative Selling: Act as an industry expert advising clients on talent market trends and hiring strategies.
• Negotiation: Own fee structures, offer letters, and contract negotiations.
• Pipeline Building: Consistently generate new business leads and market intelligence to grow your desk's revenue.

What We’re Looking For

• Sales Track Record: Background in outbound sales, business development, real estate, account management, or high-volume prospecting.
• Driven & Resilient: Motivated by target-based environments, uncapped commission, and clear KPIs.
• Phone-First Mindset: Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and pitching prospects daily.
• Coachable: High learning agility—ready to adapt your existing sales technique to the recruitment model.
