Launch 513 is growing our Cincinnati team and seeking motivated, competitive individuals for our Entry-Level Sales Manager position.

This is a hands-on management development opportunity designed for candidates who want to build experience in sales, customer acquisition, team leadership, training, and business development .

You do not need previous management experience. Our training program starts with the fundamentals of our sales campaigns and progresses into leadership responsibilities as you demonstrate performance and proficiency.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Manager, you'll receive hands-on training in several areas of our operation, including:

• Representing client products and services directly to customers
• Conducting face-to-face sales and customer interactions
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Developing strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
• Learning customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Tracking individual and team sales performance
• Participating in daily sales and leadership training
• Learning how to coach and develop new team members
• Assisting with onboarding and training new representatives
• Supporting campaign goals and client expectations
• Developing leadership and team-management skills
• Taking on additional management responsibilities as performance progresses
