Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership
New York City | 4 Days On-Site | Up to $120K Base + Bonus
A leading financial services firm is seeking a polished and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to members of its senior leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
The role is based in New York City and requires four days per week on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and leadership
- Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Process expense reports and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and occasional events
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Anticipate executives’ needs and proactively manage scheduling conflicts and priorities
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Assist with ad hoc administrative projects and additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- Prior Executive Assistant experience supporting senior-level executives
- Financial services experience required
- Strong calendar management and scheduling experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, polished, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
- Proactive approach with strong judgment and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Compensation & Schedule
- Base salary up to $120,000, depending on experience
- Bonus eligible
- 4 days per week on-site in New York City
