About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Search professional to join our Talent Acquisition team in Dubai. You’ll own senior and complex mandates end to end. This role suits someone who thrives on finding hard-to-reach talent and building credibility with senior candidates.
What You’ll Do
- Lead global senior-level and complex search mandates across the full recruitment lifecycle
- Proactively outreach and source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping
- Assess candidates through in-depth screening conversations, evaluating capability, leadership potential, and cultural fit
- Present well-prepared, insight-driven candidate shortlists to hiring managers and stakeholders
- Manage the candidate lifecycle from first outreach through interviews, feedback, offer, and onboarding handover
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in our ATS
- Partner closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition on search strategy and priorities
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in executive search.
- Proven track record of closing senior and complex mandates
- Strong assessment skills and the ability to engage and influence senior candidates.
