Applicants must have experience working with Qatari government entities and a sound understanding of their facility operating requirements, asset management procedures, and service contract administration . Core expertise should include building operations, preventive maintenance, contractor supervision, safety requirements, and operating cost monitoring. Experience with archival storage facilities is an advantage.
A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, professional certifications, and professional communication and coordination skills are required.
