The Role:

To provide excellent internal customer service to the regions by liaising and coordinating with local government bodies; regulatory authorities and suppliers. To ensure compliance with all regional and national legislation and to track asset movement. This to be achieved by establishing and developing high levels of external relations with government officers; authorities and suppliers and advanced administrative skills to ensure follow up; avoiding delay and excessive cost.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• 3 years’ experience in admin of fleet department with a large organization.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Driving license.
• Competencies such as; Administration skills; Communication skills; High integrity; Interpersonal skills; Knowledge of vehicle value/ depreciation; Analytical skills.
