Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Food Server role located in Doha, Qatar. The Food Server is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, answering questions about dishes, and making recommendations that reflect the restaurant’s Brazilian concept. Daily tasks include taking orders accurately, coordinating with the kitchen team, serving food and beverages, and ensuring tables are properly set and maintained throughout service. The role also involves monitoring guest satisfaction, responding to special requests or dietary needs, processing payments, and following all hygiene, safety, and service standards. The Food Server contributes to a welcoming atmosphere and supports smooth restaurant operations during busy service periods. Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of Food & Beverage offerings, including basic understanding of Brazilian cuisine. Food Service experience, including table service, order taking, and handling POS systems. Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members. Basic Cooking or food handling awareness to understand menu items and kitchen processes. Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. Previous experience in restaurants or hotels is preferred; experience in themed or fine dining is a plus. Fluency in English required; additional languages such as Portuguese or Arabic are an advantage. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; relevant certifications are beneficial.
