Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospective clients
- Promote and explain the company s products and services
- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales
- Maintain professional relationships with customers
- Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident hardworking self-motivated and target-oriented
- Good negotiation and convincing skills
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
- Fluency in Malayalam Tamil and Hindi is highly preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
