Job Title: House Manager (Malayalee Preferred)

We are seeking a responsible and organized House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a household in Ar-Ruwais. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for managing household staff, coordinating schedules and tasks, overseeing household budgets, and maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of the residence. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a household and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$, without accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the household, including housekeeping, cooking, laundry, and maintenance
• Supervise household staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Create schedules for staff based on family's needs
• Maintain household budgets and track expenses
• Oversee events or parties hosted at the residence
• Ensure all guest rooms are prepared for visitors
• Coordinate with outside vendors for any necessary repairs or services
• Keep inventory of household supplies and restock when necessary

Requirements

• Fluency in Malayalam preferred
• Previous experience as a House Manager or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Proficiency in budget management
• Availability to work flexible hours as needed
