We are looking for an experienced General Manager – MEP to lead our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations across projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale MEP projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and overall management of MEP operations.
- Oversee project execution from design coordination through handover.
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost control across all MEP projects
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Drive business development and support tendering/bidding processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- 15+ years of experience in MEP contracting, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction market, codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client management skills
- UAE experience is mandatory
