Career Level Manager Experience: 6 Years Gender: Male Female Qualifications: Degree Bachelor About the Role We are looking for a driven commercially minded professional to work closely with the founder to grow and manage our sports business including youth sports programs, school partnerships and activities for families. Key Responsibilities Develop partnerships with schools, families, sponsors and sports organizations. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Manage sports projects, programs, events and day-to-day operations. Increase student enrolment and achieve business targets. Support marketing initiatives, social media and brand development. Monitor business performance, budgets and profitability. Report directly to the founder on progress and growth opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or a related field. Experience in business development, sales, partnerships or sports project management. Strong knowledge of the Doha market, ideally with connections to schools and sports organisations. Fluent in Arabic and English. Good understanding of sales targets, budgets and basic P&L. Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and organizational skills. Social media and marketing experience is an advantage.
