Global Director of Digital Marketing – FX, CFD & Crypto

NewPath Executives is conducting a confidential search for a Global Director of Digital Marketing for a leading CMA Category 1 regulated financial services firm headquartered in the UAE.

Reporting directly to the CMO , this is a senior global appointment with ownership of digital acquisition, performance marketing and commercial growth across FX/CFDs and crypto .

The Role

You will own the global digital acquisition strategy and budget, covering:

1. Paid media and performance marketing
2. Affiliate and digital partnerships
3. Mobile/app acquisition and growth
4. AI-led optimisation and automation
5. Conversion across KYC, funding and first trade
6. Retention, trading activity, volume and revenue
7. International expansion, including key Asian markets

The business already has a strong marketing platform and is investing significantly in its next phase of international growth.

Who We're Looking For

Candidates must have senior digital/performance marketing experience within an FX/CFD brokerage AND meaningful crypto exchange experience.

You should also have:

1. Experience managing significant digital acquisition budgets
2. Proven international performance marketing experience
3. Previous responsibility for Asian markets
4. A track record of successfully scaling a trading, investment or crypto mobile app
5. Strong commercial understanding of the full client acquisition funnel — not simply brand marketing
