Graphic Designer

We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer about creating engaging, high-quality visual content and delivering creative solutions across multiple brands and platforms. You should also have experience in/possess knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, with a strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, brand application and visual storytelling.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.

The role sits within the Creative & Branding Department and reports directly to the Creative/Branding Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and high-quality designs across campaign key visuals, social media, EDMs, digital and print advertising, storefront hoardings, brochures, presentations, newsletters, event branding, website assets and marketing collateral.
• Translate creative briefs and ideas into engaging visual solutions while maintaining brand consistency.
• Adapt designs across multiple brands, formats and audiences while ensuring strong attention to layout, typography, composition, iconography and artwork execution.
• Support the development and evolution of brand identities and visual systems.
• Prepare artwork to a high standard for production and final delivery.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and deliver work within agreed deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
• Stay up to date with design, creative, digital and social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and graphic design expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong conceptualisation, ideation and visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition and brand application.
• Strong attention to detail with a genuine passion for high-quality design and creative execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, brands and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, curious, collaborative and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motion graphics, animation and video editing skills are a strong advantage, particularly experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.

We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in United Arab Emirates.
