Head Chef - International Cuisine (Doha)

We are in search of an experienced Head Chef with a passion for international cuisine to join our team in Doha. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a diverse menu that showcases international flavors and techniques. Your culinary skills and creativity will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen team, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Head Chef, excellent leadership abilities, and a strong understanding of international cuisine. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute menus featuring international cuisine
Ensure food quality and presentation meets our standards
Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
Develop new recipes and update existing ones to keep the menu fresh
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
Extensive knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques
Ability to lead and motivate a team of chefs
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other departments
Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, supplies, and staff schedules

1800$ per month

Doha (Preference for Indian or African candidates)
