Job Overview At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious partner contracting for local & international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC. We are seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead and oversee all production activities ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of production processes and the ability to manage teams across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate and oversee all production activities from concept to delivery.
- Lead, mentor and manage production teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and implement production strategies, schedules and workflows to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with design, logistics and project management teams to ensure seamless production.
- Monitor production budgets, resources and timelines to meet project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards across all production operations.
- Identify risks, production challenges and implement solutions to maintain smooth operations.
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management on production performance and KPIs.
Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Production Management, Engineering, Operations or related field.
- 8 12 years of experience in production management with at least 3 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, materials and equipment.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and complex projects.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and leadership skills.
