This is a role for someone with UAE experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to hit the ground running.
This is a role for someone with two to three years of UAE experience as an HR Executive. You will handle the day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, documentation, onboarding, and HR administration. You will coordinate with employees and management, answer HR-related queries, and ensure that all HR processes are followed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, so you need to be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Immediate joiners are preferred, as the group is looking to fill this position quickly.
The ideal candidate has a good understanding of HR operations and administrative procedures, with strong communication and organisational skills. You are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently. You have experience maintaining employee records, handling documentation, and supporting the wider HR function. Knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices will be an advantage. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
Salary:
AED 3,500 – 5,000 per month
