Hygiene EHS Coordinator (Emiratisation Program)

As a Hygiene/ EHS Coordinator you will support the implementation and monitoring of hygiene food safety and environmental health and safety standards across the hotel. Also you will assist in ensuring compliance with UAE regulations HACCP requirements and corporate policies. And you will build a strong foundation for long-term career growth within quality assurance risk management and compliance leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in monitoring hygiene food safety and EHS compliance across all operational departments.
• Supporting internal audits inspections and corrective action plans in line with HACCP and UAE regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records reports and documentation related to hygiene and EHS standards.
• Coordinating training sessions and awareness programs on hygiene safety and environmental practices.
• Acting as a liaison between operational teams on EHS-related matters.

• Basic understanding of hygiene food safety or EHS standards or strong willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with operational teams.
• Proactive reliable and committed to continuous improvement.
