ICT Business Development Manager

Our client is a growing technology solutions provider specializing in ICT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Center, and Enterprise Solutions across the UAE.

This is a startup environment and we are looking for a hands-on professional who can take ownership of the complete business development lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and developing solutions to proposal submission and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and achieve annual sales targets of AED 10-15 million
• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key customers across the UAE
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract award
• Understand customer requirements and develop appropriate ICT solutions
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and RFP responses
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and technical teams to develop winning solutions
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close opportunities
• Ensure smooth project handover and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of ICT sales/business development experience
• Mandatory UAE market experience
• Proven track record of achieving annual sales targets of AED 10-15 million
• Strong understanding of:
• Networking & Infrastructure
• Cybersecurity Solutions
• Cloud Technologies
• Data Center Solutions
• Enterprise ICT Solutions
• Experience managing the complete sales lifecycle
• Ability to prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Existing network of clients, consultants, and industry contacts within the UAE is highly preferred

We are specifically seeking candidates with genuine ICT domain expertise .

Applicants should be able to confidently discuss ICT solutions, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, cloud technologies, solution architecture, vendor selection, costing, and proposal development during the interview process.

Experience limited to account management, relationship management, sales coordination, or administrative sales support without a strong understanding of ICT solutions will not be sufficient for this role.
