Role Description: The Intellectual Property Litigation Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA. This position is an Associate level, meaning the candidate has at least 2 years of financial analyst experience. This role supports litigation engagements involving trademarks, copyrights, brands, and defamation. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing case materials, financial data, and market information; conducting legal and industry research; and helping develop damages models and expert reports. The analyst will help prepare clear, evidence-based analyses and exhibits for expert reports, presentations, and testimony. Collaboration with consultants, attorneys, and clients is essential, as is documenting findings, maintaining organized workpapers, and contributing to the refinement of methodologies and best practices.
