Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Create detailed 3D models using SketchUp with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings using V-Ray .
- Develop design presentations, mood boards, material boards, and color schemes.
- Prepare and develop 2D drawings and design documentation as required.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits and ensure the design is implemented in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Review and revise designs based on client feedback, project requirements, and site conditions.
- Ensure all design deliverables are completed accurately and within project deadlines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field .
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Interior Design.
- Advanced proficiency in SketchUp – Mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in V-Ray – Mandatory.
- Proven ability to create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings .
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, textures, lighting, and space planning.
- Strong creative, conceptual, and visualization skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or high-end interior projects is an advantage.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating SketchUp modelling and V-Ray rendering capabilities .
