Location: Chicago / Charlotte preferred, open across Eastern & Central US
Salary: $165k–$195k + sign-on bonus
Working pattern: Monday–Thursday on client site, with travel across the US
We are partnered with a high-growth international consulting firm that is expanding its presence across the US and looking to hire experienced consultants across Lead Consultant and Principal Consultant levels.
This is an opportunity to join a growing US business at a formative stage, working with Fortune 500 clients on large-scale operational and performance transformation programmes.

The focus is on understanding how an organisation operates today, identifying where the biggest opportunities sit, and then working directly alongside the client to implement changes that deliver measurable, lasting results.
