The Standard in Mexico City is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Officer to support employee growth and professional development. You will identify training needs, coordinate and deliver programs, and monitor training effectiveness to enhance performance and compliance with mandatory requirements.

You will collaborate with department leaders to foster a culture of continuous learning, align learning initiatives with brand standards, and promote colleague engagement across the hotel.
