**About the Role**

You'll focus on optimizing cash flow through proactive billing strategies, data-driven insights, and continuous process improvement, bringing strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**What You'll Do**

- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders

- Serve as the primary billing contact for complex accounts — prebill review, revisions, invoice generation, posting, and documentation

- Partner with attorneys to develop billing and collections strategies, proactively resolving issues

- Analyze financial reports and billing data to identify trends and recommend improvements

- Ensure billing compliance with firm policies, client guidelines, and ethical standards

- Maintain accurate client/matter data, including rates, budgets, and billing instructions

- Monitor billing timelines and deadlines, including year-end close support

- Respond promptly to billing inquiries from attorneys, clients, and internal teams

- Prepare routine and ad hoc reports for firm leadership

- Collaborate with the Billing Manager, Finance team, and other departments on process improvements and special projects
