Finance Associate — Fund Finance and Structured Finance

Our client, a BigLaw firm, seeks a Finance Associate with at least three years of substantive fund finance and/or structured finance experience to join its Chicago office.
The associate will advise banks, private funds, and asset managers on sophisticated financing transactions and take responsibility for significant transaction workstreams. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with sound commercial judgment and the ability to move complex matters efficiently from structuring through closing.
