URGENT HIRING NEED – LEGAL LITIGATION ASSISTANT

Location: Palm Harbor, FL

Pay: $28/hour

3-Week Contract | Potential Contract-to-Hire

TempExperts is urgently seeking an experienced Legal Litigation Assistant to support an established law firm in Palm Harbor, FL .

This is an immediate 3-week contract opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate. If you have litigation support experience and can jump in quickly, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys

• Prepare, proofread, and format legal correspondence and documents

• Assist with court filings, pleadings, discovery, and case-related documentation

• Maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, and attorney schedules

• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties

• Help keep cases organized and moving forward in a deadline-driven environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous law firm and litigation experience

• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and litigation processes

• Excellent organizational and proofreading skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

• Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills

• Professional, dependable, and able to step in with minimal training
