Logistics Operations Leader

The Logistics Operations Leader will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical warehouse, ensuring the efficient and compliant management of inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics processes. This role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure the highest standards in operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and safety, while driving continuous improvement and cost‑effective solutions.

Purpose of the Job

The role involves overseeing key operational activities such as inventory control, fulfillment accuracy, and logistics coordination with carriers and suppliers. It also focuses on compliance with local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and process optimization.

Job Description

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and other external partners.
Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.

Job Responsibilities – Experience and Education

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and warehouse best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in warehouse management software and other logistics tools.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to drive process improvements.
Knowledge of automation and technology trends in warehouse and logistics operations.
