We re looking for a proactive highly organised Management Admin Executive to join our team This is a diverse hands-on role involving partnerships operations customer service marketing coordination and business development

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate our joint ventures partners and day-to-day operations
• Work closely with coaches and internal teams to keep activities running smoothly
• Handle customer communication and support
• Coordinate with marketing social media on campaigns and content
• Reach out to and build relationships with schools sponsors and external partners
• Support management with various projects follow-ups and administrative tasks

What We re Looking For

• 2 4 years of experience
• Fluent polished English
• Native or near-native Arabic
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in BD partnerships account management hospitality events customer-facing roles or similar
• Proven experience dealing directly with clients sponsors or external partners
• Someone comfortable managing varied responsibilities rather than a purely administrative role
• Sports industry experience preferred
• Proactive personable organized and commercially minded who can take ownership and work across different areas of the business
