Manager, Price to Win and Competitive Intelligence
FedSavvy Strategies | Remote (DC, MD, VA strongly preferred)
This is for an experienced professional! You need to walk into this role with the qualifications below. This is not entry level. You need to work in federal contracting and know how it works.
About FedSavvy Strategies
FedSavvy Strategies is a boutique competitive and market intelligence firm serving federal prime contractors. We help our clients understand their competitors, their customers, and their markets so they can win.
The Role
This is a dual role. You will lead and execute both competitive intelligence and Price-to-Win engagements for our clients. You will manage projects and execute projects. Both. Strong familiarity with open source driven intelligence is crucial. Your experience must be working directly on and with top 100 U.S. Government contracts and contractors.
Competitive and Market Intelligence: You should be able to lead a Black Hat review. Other engagements include market intelligence projects, ad hoc research projects and requests, client-focused strategic planning support, and competitive intelligence requirements. You will execute competitive analysis both as a project lead and in a supporting role on other projects.
Price-to-Win: You will develop Price-to-Win analyses that tell our clients what it will take to win, not just what they want to bid. That means building competitor price estimates, analyzing labor categories and rates, assessing competitor cost structures and likely bid strategies, and translating all of it into a defensible price target and recommendations the capture team can act on.
This position involves direct interaction with clients during facilitated Black Hat reviews (competitive intelligence enabled war games), Price-to-Win briefings, and other market intelligence projects. The ideal candidate is also able to bring in business opportunities.
We currently work 100 percent remotely. This may change. Candidates are strongly preferred to be in DC, MD or VA.
