We are partnering with a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial advisory firm to hire a Manager into its Transaction Advisory team.
We are looking for a Manager-level FDD professional who can take greater ownership of transaction execution and free up senior team members to focus on clients and growing the practice. The sweet spot is someone with 4–5 years of strong FDD/TAS experience , ideally trained within the Big Four or Top Tier firm, who is attracted to the greater responsibility and upside available within a smaller, entrepreneurial firm.
Experience required:
- Strong hands-on FDD / QoE background
- Comfortable owning workstreams across:
QoE / normalized EBITDA
Net Working Capital
Debt / debt-like items
Historical financial analysis

- Should already be capable of managing junior resources and taking real day-to-day ownership of engagements (ie, currently on the cusp of Manager or newly promoted to Manager).
- PE / middle-market deal exposure preferred
Ideal Background:
- 4–5 years' professional experience , with the majority in FDD/TAS.
- Big Four or comparable transaction advisory background preferred.
- Able to independently own significant portions of an engagement.
- Experience supervising Analysts/Associates.
- Strong Excel and financial data analysis skills.
- CPA/CA useful but not essential
- No requirement to originate revenue.
Personality / Fit:
- Personable rather than transactional — picks up the phone and builds relationships.
- Team-oriented and comfortable in a smaller environment.
- Entrepreneurial , without needing to be a salesperson.
- Comfortable taking more ownership than they might at a larger firm.
- Tech-forward / AI-aware and interested in how technology can improve delivery.
- Ambitious enough to see the upside of joining a growing platform.
- Willing to make a calculated move for longer-term progression and equity potential.
