The Opportunity
Step into the arena as the first Marketing Director at IM Digital. This is your chance to architect a high-velocity demand generation engine, command a significant budget, and leverage elite technology partnerships with companies like Google Cloud, Anthropic, Adobe, Shopify, Klaviyo, Bloomreach and others to scale a premier consultancy into a global marketing powerhouse driving opportunities with the largest companies in the world.
About IM Digital
As a new class of commerce partner, we strategize, design, engineer, and launch comprehensive solutions that drive tangible outcomes for world-class brands & manufacturers. We operate as a championship sports team who possess the strategic, hypothesis-driven minds of strategic consultants and the commercial ownership of a bankers. We work exceptionally hard, push each other to innovate, and are obsessed with delivering TotalCare for our clients, partners, and each other.
The Marketing Director Role
To serve as the commercial "air-cover" for our complex go-to-market operations, transforming targeted enterprise account based marketing and elite technology partnerships into a highly qualified, pipeline demand engine that drives accelerating, measurable growth.
What You'll Architect & Own
- Architect end-to-end multi-channel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will own the top-of-funnel conversion that feeds our LAER (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew) lifecycle.
- Design and execute high-impact co-marketing initiatives (webinars, whitepapers, field dinners) leveraging Market Development Funds (MDF) from ecosystems like Shopify, Adobe, and Klaviyo to drive net-new pipeline.
- Proactively drive verticalized service-specifc campaigns with our Domain Principals, extracting their deep technical expertise to develop compelling, market-facing narratives that position IM Digital as the definitive enterprise modernizer.
- Co-own our HubSpot CRM with revenue leadership, including the CRO, VP Sales, and VP Client Services, supporting by a robust Revenue Operations department. You will architect the workflows, intent data triggers (e.G., 6sense), and attribution models that enforce The IMD Standard of absolute pipeline visibility.
- Drive the core lexicon by ensuring every campaign clearly articulates how we deliver to our clients with TotalCare.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience within a commerce consultancy, systems integrator, or SaaS ecosystem.
- Deep operational knowledge of major commerce ecosystems (Shopify, Adobe, SAP, Klaviyo, Bloomreach) and the buyers who invest in them.
- Mastery of HubSpot Enterprise and modern intent data platforms.
- A true player-coach: you can strategize with C-level executives, yet you maintain the tactical ability to write the brief, draft the copy, and launch the campaign yourself.
Atributes
- You measure success exclusively in closed-won revenue and pipeline velocity, not vanity metrics like traffic or impressions. You are the CEO of your domain.
- You never bring a problem without a hypothesis. You operate with intellectual rigor, constantly testing, analyzing data, and pivoting strategies to maximize ROI.
- You thrive in a high-stakes, high-reward environment and can seamlessly matrix-manage RevOps, design, and content resources to hit aggressive commercial targets.
Elite Differentiators
- A proven, verifiable history of scaling a B2B pipeline from scratch to multi-millions.
- Direct experience extracting, managing, and maximizing complex partner co-marketing funds (MDF) with Tier-1 technology platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to convert field marketing events into highly qualified sales conversations within a strict 48-hour window.
