Job Title: House Manager

As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a luxurious household in Al-Rayyan. You will be in charge of supervising and coordinating the work of other domestic staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Your duties will include but are not limited to household budget management, vendor and supplier coordination, organizing staff schedules, maintaining inventory of household supplies, and overseeing maintenance and repairs. You will also be responsible for managing household events and special occasions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong organizational and communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation will be provided on site.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a House Manager or similar role
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of budget management and basic accounting principles
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed
• Proficiency in English is required

Preferred

• Previous experience working in a luxurious household or high-end hospitality industry
• Knowledge of Arabic language would be an asset
