Role Summary
Deliver technical development and support for Oracle E-Business Suite ERP and related systems. The available RFQ role description calls for technical solution design, support for escalated incidents, and hands-on Oracle interfaces and Oracle Reports including BI Publisher.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform technical development and maintenance tasks for Oracle EBS ERP applications.
- Define and document technical solution designs for systems and applications in scope.
- Develop, maintain and troubleshoot interfaces and Oracle Reports, including BI Publisher reports.
- Provide technical support for escalated incidents and service requests; investigate root causes and implement fixes.
- Support enhancements, testing, deployments, migration activities and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with functional consultants, business users, database administrators and other delivery teams.
- Understand opportunities for AI/ML integration within ERP platforms for process automation and predictive analytics, where relevant to the solution.
Required Skills & Experience
- Relevant Oracle ERP platform certification is preferred.
- RFQ baseline: minimum 6+ years of technical experience in the relevant ERP platform; for this senior vacancy, prioritise candidates with 7+ years.
- Hands-on Oracle EBS technical experience, particularly interfaces and Oracle Reports/BI Publisher.
- Experience defining technical designs and supporting escalated application issues.
- Experience with development, testing, migration and production support processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
