Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in outbound leisure travel.
Strong knowledge of international destinations, hotels, sightseeing and holiday products.
Experience handling FIT and group travel.
Ability to design and customize complete travel itineraries and holiday packages based on client requirements and budget.
Ability to recommend suitable destinations, hotels, activities, tours and transportation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation, sales and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Must be currently based in Doha, Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
Handle FIT and group travel enquiries from initial consultation to confirmation.
Design, customize and cost complete travel itineraries according to client preferences and budget.
Prepare professional quotations, itineraries and travel proposals.
Recommend destinations, hotels, tours, activities, transfers and other travel services.
Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, transport providers and other suppliers.
Source and negotiate suitable rates with suppliers.
Assist with visa requirements and travel documentation.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
Ensure smooth coordination of bookings and travel arrangements.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
