Overview
Packaging Engineer responsible for medical device packaging development, validation, implementation, and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate packaging systems
- Lead packaging validation, testing, and $100K+ cost reductions
- Support packaging materials, machinery, specifications, and manufacturing
- Lead packaging changes, RCA/CAPA, and cross-functional projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
- Packaging engineering/validation experience
- ISO 11607, sterilization, and packaging materials knowledge
- Design control, CAPA, Lean Six Sigma, and project management experience
Preferred
- Packaging Science, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
- Medical device packaging experience
