Parts Outside Sales Representative | MD/PA

An established transportation and trailer organization is hiring a Parts Outside Sales Representative to own and grow a defined territory across Maryland and Pennsylvania.

This is a field-based sales role for someone who knows how to prospect, build customer relationships, grow an existing book of business, and independently manage a territory.

Compensation & Perks:

• $100K+ guaranteed Year 1
• Uncapped commission beginning Year 2

• Fully field-based + customer-facing 5 days/week

Ideal Background:

• 3+ years of territory/outside sales experience
• Proven success growing a territory and developing new business
• Transportation, trucking, trailer parts, or heavy equipment experience preferred
• Agricultural equipment or other large commercial equipment experience considered
• Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently with limited day-to-day management
• Strong sales discipline and customer service mindset
