The Encompass Group is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a collaborative outpatient orthopedic clinic . This is a great opportunity for a PTA who enjoys hands-on patient care, working alongside an experienced orthopedic team, and helping patients get back to the activities they love.
What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Work primarily with orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and treatment programs
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the care team
- Educate patients on exercises and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other members of the clinical team
What We're Looking For
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong interest in outpatient orthopedic care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for providing high-quality, patient-focused care
