Day-to-day tasks include preparing reviewing and submitting permit applications to relevant authorities tracking approval statuses and ensuring compliance with local codes standards and regulations The role involves close coordination with project managers MEP engineers consultants and government agencies to secure approvals within project timelines and to address any technical or administrative queries The officer maintains accurate records of permits and approvals updates project teams on regulatory requirements and supports inspections and site visits by authorities This position requires proactive follow-up attention to detail and effective communication to minimize delays and ensure smooth project execution Obtain all government approvals and NOCs Submit application through TAMM s Track permit status and follow up until approvals Maintain approval schedules and documentations Liaise with client regarding authority permit Strong knowledge of MEP systems and related construction processes, including familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings and specifications. Minimum 2 yrs UAE experience. Experience in permit processing, regulatory compliance, and coordination with local authorities and government entities in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE.
