Job Description

• Set up production machinery before each operating cycle by adjusting machine settings, checking configurations, and completing required safety inspections.
• Load raw materials, including corrugated cardboard, into the equipment manually as needed to maintain production flow.
• Follow production schedules, job orders, and operating instructions to ensure work is completed accurately and within the assigned timeframe.
• Inspect materials and finished products during production to identify defects and confirm compliance with quality requirements.
• Monitor machine performance throughout the shift and take appropriate action to support consistent and uninterrupted operations.
• Report equipment breakdowns, technical problems, unusual machine behavior, and production delays to the supervisor without unnecessary delay.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area by removing unnecessary items and keeping the workstation in proper condition.
• Follow established operating procedures, workplace safety rules, and production guidelines when handling materials and operating machinery.
• Assist with routine manufacturing activities and other production-related duties to support an efficient workflow.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and colleagues to meet daily production targets and maintain expected quality standards.

Job Details Experience

• Secondary school education or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Basic technical knowledge and the ability to operate machinery and carry out practical production tasks.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, factory work, or a similar industrial environment is an advantage.
• Good organizational and self-management skills, with the ability to follow production schedules and assigned responsibilities.
• A dependable, disciplined, and responsible attitude toward daily work and workplace safety.
