Project Engineer - CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural)

Join one of the nation's leading builders on a large-scale mission-critical construction project in Boise, Idaho. This position requires relocation to the Boise area and is ideal for Project Engineers looking to gain experience on complex commercial, industrial, semiconductor, data center, or mission-critical facilities projects.
We are seeking motivated Project Engineers with experience supporting commercial construction projects and coordinating field execution activities. In this role, you will work closely with construction managers, subcontractors, design teams, and client stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scopes.
This position is based onsite in Boise, Idaho. Candidates must be willing to relocate for the duration of the project.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate civil, structural, and architectural scopes throughout project execution
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Generate and manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change documentation
- Support field coordination efforts between subcontractors and project teams
- Participate in BIM coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews
- Assist with commissioning, turnover, and startup activities
- Support quality assurance and quality control inspections
- Provide technical support to field teams regarding installation sequencing and layout verification
- Partner with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams to ensure integration across all building systems
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Project Engineering experience supporting commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods, trade sequencing, and field coordination
- Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on hyperscale data center, semiconductor, mission-critical, advanced manufacturing, or large industrial projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience supporting BIM coordination and commissioning activities
- Knowledge of CSA systems and interfaces with MEP trades
