Supervise and coordinate all QC inspection activities for marine fabrication, welding, structural, and piping works.
Ensure work complies with approved ITPs, drawings, specifications, WPS/PQR, and project quality requirements .
Monitor welding, fabrication, fit-up, NDT, dimensional checks, and final inspections.
Review inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, test records, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with client inspectors, third-party inspectors, supervisors, and project teams.
Ensure quality issues are corrected and closed within the required timeline.
Requirements Minimum 7–10 years of QC experience , including supervisory experience in marine projects.
Experience on vessels, barges, shipyards, ports, or marine fabrication projects .
Strong knowledge of welding, structural fabrication, piping inspection, NDT, and quality documentation .
Familiar with ITP, WPS/PQR, NCR, inspection reports, and applicable codes/standards .
CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI / API or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong leadership, reporting, coordination, and communication skills.
