Job Overview

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance & Certification Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, and auditing of our diverse certification portfolio across multiple group companies, business units, and departments. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of various management systems and regulatory frameworks, with proven ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively.

Exp: 4 to 6 years

Qualification: B.tech/MCA

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities

Certification Management

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive certification management strategy aligned with business objectives.
2. Coordinate certification activities across the organization.
3. Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of all certifications.
4. Develop and maintain certification documentation and records.

Compliance Management

1. Develop and implement compliance programs to adhere to certification standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Conduct regular compliance assessments and audits.
3. Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.
4. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
5. Manage and prepare regulatory reports as required.

Audit Management

1. Develop and execute audit plans.
2. Conduct internal audits to assess compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
3. Coordinate external audits and manage auditor interactions.
4. Prepare and present audit findings to management.

Risk Management

1. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments related to compliance and certifications.
2. Implement and monitor risk mitigation strategies.
3. Report on risk management activities to senior management.

Continual Improvement

1. Identify inefficiencies in compliance and certification processes.
2. Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices.
3. Drive continual improvement initiatives to enhance overall compliance performance.

Stakeholder Management

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Provide guidance and support to business units on certification and compliance matters.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.

Team Leadership

1. Lead and mentor a compliance and certification team.
2. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications

1. Certified Internal Lead Auditor for ISMS and qualified CMMI ATM.
2. In-depth knowledge of CMMI Implementation, SOC 2 Type II, and ISMS (ISO 27001:2022).
3. Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 22301:2019, ISO 27701:2019, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 50001:2018, and DPDPA.
4. Proven experience managing multiple certifications in a complex organization.
5. Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Degree in Quality Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
9. Adaptability, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in a large IT enterprise or multinational corporation.
2. Knowledge of IT industry-specific regulations and standards.
