Responsible for implementing the project quality management program and ensuring effective EPC Contractor quality management systems for Procurement Quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the Project Quality Plan and oversee Contractor Quality Management Systems to ensure material and equipment compliance.
- Implement procurement quality surveillance and monitor EPC Contractor procurement activities.
- Manage inspection resources and monitor Third-Party and Site Inspection Services performance.
- Monitor deficiencies and NCRs to ensure timely investigation, resolution, and compliance.
- Implement quality reporting to track performance, issues, risks, and trends.
- Participate in quality audits of procurement, purchasing, and subcontracting activities.
- Perform other quality-related duties as directed by the Head of Quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering.
- Additional qualifications in Quality, Welding, or NDE Inspection.
- Minimum 8 years’ Oil & Gas Quality experience.
- 1 year in a supervisory or oversight role.
- Experience with Oil & Gas operators, contractors, or service companies.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement Quality Management Systems for the Oil & Gas industry.
- Confident interaction with project teams and contractors.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and planning skills.
