Bridgeway Partners is hiring an entry-level Recruiter to join our professional search team. This is an opportunity to build real experience in recruiting, consulting, project management, business development and professional communication while learning alongside experienced search professionals.
No recruiting experience is required. We care more about ambition, curiosity, coachability and work ethic than a polished résumé.
Why Professional Search?
Few decisions affect a business more than who it hires.
Our job is to help companies identify and recruit talented professionals and help those professionals thoughtfully evaluate career opportunities. Doing that well requires more than matching résumés to job descriptions. It requires research, communication, judgment, influence, organization and an understanding of people and businesses.
Those skills translate well beyond recruiting.
Why Bridgeway?
Bridgeway Partners is entering its 21st year and the next stage of our growth. Our objective is to double the business by 2030 through new markets, better technology and systems, and the development of the next generation of search professionals.
Our approach is deliberately different from high-volume recruiting. We focus on quality over quantity—thoughtful recruiting, disciplined execution and strong relationships. You’ll learn directly from experienced partners and recruiters while earning greater responsibility as your skills develop.
What You’ll Do
You’ll start by learning the fundamentals of identifying and engaging talented professionals:
As you develop, you’ll become involved in the full search process: interviewing candidates, evaluating fit, preparing candidates for interviews, communicating with clients and helping manage searches from kickoff through accepted offer.
The goal is simple: learn the fundamentals, develop judgment and earn greater responsibility.
Where Can This Lead?
Professional search can create a strong foundation for careers in:
Search Consulting | Project & Account Management | Sales & Business Development | Human Resources & Talent Acquisition
Over your first 18–24 months, you’ll develop practical skills in research, interviewing, candidate assessment, project management, executive communication, relationship management, organization, judgment, resilience and influence.
We hope you build your career at Bridgeway. But wherever your career ultimately leads, you should be significantly more capable because of the time you spend here.
Who Should Apply?
You may be a strong fit if you:
We’re not looking for someone who already knows how to recruit. We’re looking for someone with the drive and curiosity to learn how to do it exceptionally well.
If you want an early-career opportunity with meaningful responsibility, direct mentorship and a steep learning curve, we’d like to meet you.
